Job Description
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions within a corporate setting. This includes sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. The IT Recruiter will collaborate with IT Managers to understand their hiring needs and develop and execute strategies to source, assess, and select the best talent for the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Source, interview, and select qualified IT candidates using established recruiting processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience
• Utilize job boards, networking, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified IT candidates
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the full-cycle recruitment process
• Monitor and provide feedback on recruiting trends and hiring metrics
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support onboarding and training activities
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting
• Knowledge of job boards, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing methods
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and problem-solving skills
• Results-driven and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
