The Human Resource Executive is responsible for providing support to the Human Resource Department in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, staffing, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and training. The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all HR processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting background checks.
• Manage onboarding activities, including orientations and training programs.
• Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain employee records, including personnel files and other documents.
• Handle employee relations issues, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Oversee training programs and provide guidance and support to employees.
• Monitor and enforce workplace safety measures.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
