Job Description
Relationship Officer at HDFC is responsible for managing the client relationships in assigned portfolio, ensuring that the clients receive the highest quality customer service. The Relationship Officer is responsible for providing advice on financial products and services to customers, managing customer accounts and transactions, and responding to customer inquiries.
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for developing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Officer is also responsible for identifying customer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. The Relationship Officer must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong background in banking and financial services.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
• Provide advice on financial products and services and respond to customer inquiries
• Manage customer accounts and transactions
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support to customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve customer service
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and transactions
• Knowledge of banking regulations and internal policies
