Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering sales targets and expanding the customer base. The Sales Executive will be required to develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Generate and qualify leads
• Develop sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts
• Track and analyze sales performance
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and objectives
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Offer excellent customer service
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field
• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
